RELEASE: Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund Changes Its Name to The Anti-Fraud Coalition
(TAF Coalition)
The 501(c)(3) public interest organization Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund has officially changed its name to The Anti-Fraud Coalition, or “TAF Coalition” for short.
The Seventh Circuit’s rule threatens the success of the FCA by giving defendants with subjective knowledge of their own wrongdoing a get-out-of-liability-free card.
In the year ahead, the Supreme Court has an opportunity to consider and clarify the False Claims Act's knowledge requirement and government's dismissal authority.
The aim of the blog is to inform the general public and potential whistleblowers about how the False Claims Act and other statutes work and what they can expect.
