Whistleblower Brendan Delaney
In 2017, eClinicalWorks settled a whistleblower lawsuit alleging civil fraud and kickbacks for $155 million, a landmark case in the electronic health records industry.
Today on Fraud in America, we sat down with the whistleblower of the case, Brendan Delaney, who alleged the software problems put patients at risk.
In addition to Brendan, Colette Matzzie, his lawyer, joined as well. Colette is a Partner at Phillips & Cohen, LLP.
