It is a non-profit, public organization dedicated to combating fraud against the government and protecting public resources through public-private partnerships by advocating for legislation, rules and regulations, creating and enhancing whistleblower reward and private enforcement provision in federal and state laws.

Jacklyn DeMar is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Taxpayers Against Fraud. Jacklyn works with whistleblowers, their counsel, and government attorneys on matters involving the various whistleblower programs. She is a member of the Maryland and DC bars.
